  Hello, I recently cancelled my domain name. I was wondering when they will release that name so I can purchase it again?

  Domains that are registered then canceled shortly thereafter are held by the registrar as an anti fraud measure. It can take a few weeks for it to be released to be registered again.

  If you like, I can try and reverse the cancellation. If successful, you will need to re-purchase the yearly domain registration. Then you will be able to use the domain here on WordPress.com or point your domain to a new webhost using these instructions:
