  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 10 business days for the refund to be received.

  re: Canceling upgrades
  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account

  Hello
  Thank you for your answer, but I’m not sure my question was clear.
  My website, laklakproductions.wordpress.com was under the domain http://www.laklakproductions.com.
  I changed registar.
  So now, I would like to delete the informations of the domain written on wordpress (information of previous registar). And then add once again this domain to my blog wordpress, but with new informations of new registar.
  My problem is that I can’t delete my previous registar informations.
  Is it clearer now ?

  laklakproductions.com was transferred to another registrar, away from WordPress.com.

  And then add once again this domain to my blog wordpress, but with new informations of new registar.

  Do you want to use laklakproductions.com as the domain for your WordPress.com site (laklakproductions.wordpress.com)?

  I want to use laklakproductions.com as the domain for my wordpress site : laklakproductions.wordpress.com

  Now the domain has been transferred away from WordPress.com, to another registrar, you will need to map the domain to your WordPress.com site using Domain Mapping:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  You will need an upgraded WordPress.com plan, such as the Personal plan. Each paid plan includes a free domain credit which you can use to map a domain you already own (or register a new one).
