  I’m trying to upgrade from the free plan to the personal plan. I have tried for an hour to put in my address but the page has a huge glitch and I won’t let me put finger spaces or write numbers. It is really annoying and needs to be sorted. I tired for an hour straight trying to put in my post code alone. My dad even tried. Please sort it out, or at least help otherwise I will go somewhere else.
  Sorry for being rude but it’s put me a bad mood and has pissed me off.

  Yeah, I know how annoying stuff like that can be! I’m not sure what’s causing this, but to me it doesn’t sound like a glitch on the WordPress site.
  Try clearing your browser’s cache and then try again. Also, try doing it in another browser and see if it works there. If it doesn’t work, I’ll tag this post so that a staff member will see this post.

  It’s more annoying than a glitch. :) It’s because these need to be formatted in a very specific way.

  For postal code if there are spaces, like in the UK, try inserting a space.

  For phone numbers, you need to include the plus sign at the start and a dot after the country code so as an example for the UK, try +44. and then the rest of your number in a single string without spaces or any other dot.
