  I need to reconnect my domain back to my WordPress site.

  Generally speaking, these are the instructions to add a domain (purchased elsewhere) to your WordPress.com site:
  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  In order to connect a domain, there needs to be an upgraded hosting plan added to the account, that’s where the domain will live. Our hosting plans can be paid monthly or annually and their features are outlined on https://wordpress.com/pricing/
