Good afternoon,
I subscribed to one of the plans today and got a domain. However, I found it too difficult to build a website as I pictured it, or to adjust the templates, so I decided to cancel the subscription.
I wanted to only cancel the subscription but to keep the domain, but I must have done something wrong, as I’ve received an email saying ‘Your domain has been deleted’.
Can you please help me reverse the process? I still want to keep the domain, and only cancel the subscription.I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sure thing — when you cancel a new domain it will go into holding for a bit. Please let us know which of these options works best for you:
Wait: You can wait about five days for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again here or with another provider.
Repurchase the Domain: Since you were already refunded, we can send an invoice and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.
Repurchase a Plan: To host your site here after all, buy a plan, skip the domain option, then update us here. WordPress does have a bit of a learning curve, but your plan comes with support if you need it!
