Hello,
I have a WordPress free site and I wanted to transfer this site from one Account (WordPress free) to another WordPress but with 1&1 host. I did the transfer like it is described here (https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/) and then the site was deleted at the WordPress free account but at the new it didn`t appear. I told the system to transfer it to another account and wrote the user name of the WordPress site of host 1&1 but nothing happened. So the site exists, but I don’t have it anymore. Neither at the first nor at the second. What can I do?

The instructions you looked at is to transfer a site to another username ON WordPress.com. There is no way to automatically transfer a site to a completely different hosting provider. So you just transferred the site to someone else who has an account on WordPress.com, and that person is now the owner of the site.
Transferring a site cannot be reversed, as the warnings very clearly said while you were doing this, but give me the site’s address and I’ll see if there is anything we can do.

It looks like you transferred ownership of the site to the username, antonia. I will need to contact that user and ask them to transfer the site back to you. I’ll need to give them a few days to reply, so please be patient until you hear from me again.

Okay, we were able in this case to transfer the site back to your account, so you should have access to it again.
