  Can I please speak to someone OUTSIDE of a public forum regarding domain renewals?

  You can speak to the staff as they are the best people who can answer all your queries. So to reach them you can tag this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar, so that it gets the staff’s attention.

  If you wish to reach the moderator staff directly for your future questions, just add the modlook tag in the Tags section.
