  I had the domain soundgoods.net registered with WordPress, but it’s offline and even does not appear here in my dashboard.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  soundgoods.net expired on February 27, 2017, and it’s in redemption. This means that the domain name can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost. It’s important to note that during the redemption period, domains can be included in auctions, where another party can bid on your domain name. If the domain is claimed by someone else in an auction, you will not be able to renew it.
  When the redemption period ends your domain is released and can be registered again at the regular price.
  Please note that you will not be notified when the domain is released and someone else can purchase it before you get the chance. You have to check regularly to see if the domain is available for registration.

  soundsgoods – please let me know if you agree to that redemption fee of $80 and I’ll get the process started to recover your domain. Start to finish it typically takes about 48 hours. Unfortunately, the fee is not assessed by us and we are unable to waive it.

  Please sign in to your account and verify that your card details and email address on file are correct – that email address is where the renewal notifications were sent.

  You will not be able to change any details while the domain is in redemption.

  OK. So I understand that the only way to get the domain back for sure is to renew with WordPress now, right?
