    Hello we have renewed our domain name tweedawards.com.au in August. Having paid that invoice, I do not understand why our website has disappeared and the website is no longer in existance. Our emails (email visible only to moderators and staff) is also no longer working so we cannot recieve emails. Apparently our domain is held by a company called Instra, how can that be when I have purchased it through you?

    Hello Belinda,

    It looks like the last renewal date was on 2021-03-07, for the following 12 months.

    That would put its expiry to June/July of this year 2022. Once the domain expired, it would have followed this process: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

    As a matter of course we would have sent notifications leading up to, during and after the expiry notifying of the cancellation.

    I suspect it came back up for sale and was re-purchased by another party.

    I hope this helps to clear up any confusion.
