  I would like to unlock my domain name so that I can transfer it to a new account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s something I can help you with! There will be two parts to this.

  – First, you’ll want to set your primary domain back to the default URL instead of the custom domain.
  – Then, you’ll want to map the custom domain to the new account, the same way it was done on the first account.

  Here’s some info on changing the primary domain:
  To set the primary domain for your blog, go to the Domains page ( https://wordpress.com/domains/ ) and select the domain you wish to set as the primary domain.

  Once selected, click on the “Make Primary” button.
