I purchased a plan and a domain and it turned out to be not what I expected. So I canceled the plan and removed he domain from my account. I was refunded for the plan but not the domain. Will I be refunded? Will I still be charged annually for that domain? If so, how can I cancel it?

Or do you wish to completely give up ownership of it?It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

Because you canceled your service and domain within the refundable time period you will receive a full refund. A partial refund had already been issued, I’ve processed the remainder of the refund today. Please note that it can take up to two weeks for a refund to show up in your account. If you haven’t received the refund in that time please let us know.
