  In April I was notified that my domain was about to expire. I logged in, updated my credit card details and ordered to renew the domain. I’ve logged in now and it says it was expired and the receipt shows that I processed something in April but it was for $0. I don’t know why it didn’t work… now I cannot seem to renew. Can you help me fix this problem please so I can get my domain back? Now when I try to get it, it says it is taken. I am not sure if it is me or not!!!!!

  Oh also, it said it expired in April- but I was on my site 2 weeks ago and it was working…
