  Yes, Liz! Thank you for helping me out. It is kristinwenc.com. I should have cancelled the site but kept the domain. Is there a way to work this out?

  No problem. I’ve restored the domain, kristinwenc.com for you. It’s been added back to your account.

  You’ll see that I’ve sent an email your way with a manual payment link for the domain registration. This is required since your initial purchase was refunded in full.

  If you you’re planning to use the domain with another service it will be eligible for transfer after it is 60 days old. In the meantime you can configure the DNS records to point it to a different site.

  The domain needs to stay connected to a free .wordpress.com site address. Yours is hooked to kristinwenc.wordpress.com. Do not delete that site. Site deletion is permanent and we can’t restore it in the future should you change your mind.
