  Hello, I started using wordpress and bought the domain leahsueweiss.com. I found it too difficult even with the tutorial and you refunded me. NOW, I want to use the domain name to hire someone else to make me a site and the name is not available through GoDaddy. PLEASE HELP

  Hi there,

  The reason why the domain name is not available through GoDaddy is that the domain hasn’t been released into the pool of available domains. This thread is being tagged for staffs already. Someone of them reaches you and assists you soon. Please wait for a moment patiently.

  Hi there,

  Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future. Only cancel a domain if you’re completely sure you no longer want it at all.

  In this case, your domain should be released in another day or two, at which point you, or anyone else, will be able to register it again. Please note that is someone else buys it before you when it becomes available again, there will be nothing we can do about it.
