Domain
-
Several months ago I changed my domain to InMotion and yesterday when I tried to access my page came the following message:
You can’t get there from here (site_id mismatch error). This happens when an external blog (a self-hosted blog using the Stats plugin) is pointed to WordPress.com by DNS. If you are trying to migrate away from WordPress.com, please update your DNS to point the domain to your own server. Otherwise please contact WordPress.com support and explain what you were trying to do, what steps you took, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. It’s probably Andy’s fault.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks, @pacevedo09.
Your domain is pointing to WordPress.com currently. If you are trying to migrate your site to inmotion, you need to either transfer your domain to the new registrar or map your domain to your new sites by changing the name server of your domain. The following URLs should help you perform them.
Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/
Change Name Servers
https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/Hope this info helps you.
If you have further assistance, please let us know!!Thanks,

The domain that appears is the basic one that you offer when someone subscribes for the first time.

Hi –
patriciaacevedo.com has stopped working because it was removed from your account on July 5th. I think that you did this by mistake. I’ve contacted our domain partner so that we can restore the domain asap.
Once I hear back from them I will post an update here for you. Typically this only takes 1-2 days.
After I am able to restore the domain to your account you’ll be able to transfer it away from WordPress.com or edit the DNS to point to the correct site.

Perfect. But make it clear that I did nothing. My page was working in the morning and when the night came out the message that I sent them.

Hello,
I have not received an answer yet. I am being affected by this situation because I do not have my web page.
Still waiting for your answer.
Thanks!
