  I already have domain msytr.me less than 60 day i need to make it the main domain in my website msytr.wordpress.com

  Since the domain is new, you may connect the domain to your site and set it as the primary domain as explained here:
  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
  
  Please note that a paid plan, Personal plan at minimum is required to connect the domain you own.
