  Hi I was refunded $26 but then I was charged $26 again right after. Can I receive my refund?

  I was refunded $26 but then I was charged $26 again right after.

  I checked your account and I can see the following in your Billing History:

  • $99 charge for the Premium plan ($99.00)
  • $73 refund ($-73.00)
  • $26 refund ($-26.00)

  Are you seeing something other than these amounts in your Billing History?
