    Hello,
    I previously had a wordpress account and decided to create a new one in which I purchased a plan and domain name. When I tried logging on this morning, my information was all gone and my old one appeared. Why did this happen and why did it replace my new account? Does that mean that the money I spent on my new account has gone to waste? Please contact me.

    Hi there!

    Could you kindly confirm that both sites have been created under the same account?

    Sometimes the browser stores the login information and it could have logged in you old account by mistake.

    Kindly check your e-mail. You should have received a confirmation email from WordPress with your login information.

    If you are unable to recover the confirmation email (please check also the Spam folder as sometimes important emails go to this folder too) you could try the recovery form. You can find it Here

    If none of those options work please let me know and I’ll request a staff member to contact you.

    @rossanafmenezes Please check the member’s profile page first to see if a thread is a duplicate and already answered or whether someone has already added the Duplicate tag to the Tags section in the thread’s sidebar.
