Thanks for confirming. It appears the owner of isiota-fitness.com either cancelled the domain or let it expire because it’s no longer registered. It’s currently available so if you’d like to use the domain, I’d recommend registering it as soon as you can:

We tried to renew it before it expired and it didn't let us renew it. So how do you suggest we go about renewing it? That is what we are asking? We took over the account last year from the previous owner. We want it renewed can you help with this?

Once a domain has been released we no longer control it — which means we are unable to renew it. isiota-fitness.com isn’t registered so you will need to purchase the domain if you want to use it again.
We tried to renew it before it expired and it didn’t let us renew it.
A domain can only be renewed through the owner’s account. isiota-fitness.com was not registered through the account you are logged in to, or by the original owner of iota-fitness.com. This is why you were unable to renew the domain through these accounts.
We took over the account last year from the previous owner. We want it renewed can you help with this?
What is the name of the account you took over?
