When did you make this purchase?
What would you like to do with this domain now?I’ve tagged this thread to have a member of the staff look and see how they can assist.
Best of luck.

I made this purchase less than an hour ago and I would like to transfer this domain to another site.
If that is not possible, I would like to get a refund.

You can have this domain point to a site you have hosted outside of WordPress.com, Please check our the guide in this link:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/Hope that helps.
Best of luck.

Hi @amritakumarr,
Thank you for the payment. The domain justaimmee.com was restored to your account and you can manage it here:
https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/justaimmee.com/
Also, in the future, please do not open multiple forum threads. Opening multiple threads delays our response to you and other users.

That is available only if you have a paid plan, Please see the links for more information:

This thread is still tagged for staff to look into it.
Meanwhile please follow this article regarding your refund: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

Hi –
I have restored your personal plan in addition to the domain previously restored. Now, when you go to wordpress.com/help/contact/ you’ll be able to reach live chat support directly.
The funds have already been refunded and they can take up to ten days to reach you.
As of now, we’ve restored your upgrades so that you can contact live chat support. If you wish to continue with that we need to collect payment for them since you’ve been refunded previously.
