  I made this purchase less than an hour ago and I would like to transfer this domain to another site.

  If that is not possible, I would like to get a refund.

  You can have this domain point to a site you have hosted outside of WordPress.com, Please check our the guide in this link:

  I have restored your personal plan in addition to the domain previously restored. Now, when you go to wordpress.com/help/contact/ you’ll be able to reach live chat support directly.

  The funds have already been refunded and they can take up to ten days to reach you.

  As of now, we’ve restored your upgrades so that you can contact live chat support. If you wish to continue with that we need to collect payment for them since you’ve been refunded previously.
