Hi suncanelasolarium,
suncanela.com expired on 2016-08-30. Unfortunately, we no longer control the domain and cannot renew it for you. We can recover a domain for some weeks after expiration, but due to the length of time that has passed this is no longer possible.
This support document describes the expiration process in more detail, if you are interested:
If a domain is not redeemed by the original registrant and is not purchased at auction, it is usually then returned to the pool of available domain names and can be registered again on a first-come, first-served basis.
The domain appears to have been registered again elsewhere (internetbs.net). If this wasn’t you, I’m afraid you will be out of luck unless the current owner cancels the domain or lets it expire.
If I purchase a Premium package will I get my http://www.suncanela.wordpress.com back to http://www.suncanela.com?
Purchasing the Premium plan would only work if suncanela.com was available to register, or if you already owned the domain and wanted to map it to your site.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi suncanelasolarium,
maybe if I try contacting them and paying for my domain?
This another option, but just be aware that the current owner may want to keep the domain or you could end up paying substantially more to get it back again.

they have all my original content so I am guessing they probably don’t want to keep it for their own purpose. Maybe just to resell it.
How much would “substantially more” be?
Thanks so much Gemma!

I mean’t the owner could ask for any amount, which may not be the original price you originally purchased the domain for. It’s just something to hear in mind if you go down that route :)
