  Hi there,

  The site feliciamperez.com is hosted with another provider (Bluehost) and not with WordPress.com directly. In order to use a free “wordpress.com” address you will need to move your site from Bluehost to WordPress.com by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-a-sites-content/
