  hi
  if i upgrade my account from free to paid will my domain change from
  http://www.somawellbeingcom.wordpress.com
  to
  http://www.somawellbeing.com
  i.e. will the wordpress be removed from the domain?

  Hi there!

  With a paid upgrade you can get rid of the .wordpress.com part and use a custom domain name instead. Please have a look here for all the info about domains:

  Do I need to upgrade to the “business” plan that is actually the highest one to rid of the .wordpress.com or only the first one personal” would be enough?

  You can use any plan to add a custom domain to your site.

  Please note, though, that the address won’t change automatically. After buying the plan you need to go to My Site ->Domains and register the custom domain you want to use. Keep in mind that if someone else already owns the domain you want to use you won’t be able to register it.
