  Hi,

  I want to unlock my domain http://editionssylvainharvey.com and I’m not able to log in my account. My username is sharvey but I don’t remember my password and the email with this account doesn’t exist anymore.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Looks like your site (http://editionssylvainharvey.com) is not hosted here st WordPress.COM, which means you are using WordPress.ORG. Here is some information about the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You will need to contact your hosting provider, Media Temple, to gain access to your site.

  Registrar WHOIS Server: whois.networksolutions.com
  Registrar URL: http://www.networksolutions.com

  To reset your password for that account, please go to their login page and click “I’ve forgotten my user ID or password”. Once you are logged in to that account, you should be able to unlock your domain.

  Your domain was registered through Network Solutions so you will need to login to your account there in order to unlock the domain. The steps @jesscga provided will take you through to the right place.

  editionssylvainharvey.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site, rather than a WordPress.com site. We are only able to help with WordPress.com sites hosted on our owners, on these forums. If you are unable to access editionssylvainharvey.com please try resetting the password or contact your hosting provider (Media Temple) for help.
