  I see under ‘My Site’ that my domain name includes wordpress.com. I’d like it to just be a .com. It shows this way no matter what plan I chose. How do I get the more streamlined domain-without ‘wordpress’ in the title?

  If you purchase a paid plan, you get a free domain name with your plan. When you are setting up your plan, you will be asked to choose your domain name.

  It used to be you could get a domain name w/o “wordpress.com” for $18/year WITHOUT a plan. I don’t want a plan. Is this option no longer offered?
