  Hello, I purchased a .com domain and merged it with my wordpress website but it still shows wordpress.com at the end of my website. Also, how do I add a donate button?

  I think you may have complicated things by purchasing http://mybritishobsession.com at GoDaddy when you could have purchased an upgraded plan for your WordPress.com site right here along with a custom domain name and kept everything in the same place. Have you set a re-direct to WordPress.com from your GoDaddy site? I think you either need to set up a WordPress.org site at GoDaddy or alternately you buy an upgraded plan here at WordPress.com and then you can map your GoDaddy domain name to your WordPress.com site.
