    When an email is being sent, to my G mail account, the message does not go through, as it is replying , that the domain cannot be found.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Can you clarify if this is about receiving emails from WordPress.com or, you are sending replies to emails you are receiving from WordPress.com?

    It would be best if you can share more information here.

  • Hi there,

    Are you speaking of the domain, focuscic.org? That domain was never transferred, but expired in October. That domain has since been removed from our system, and is already past the point where we can restore it.

    Any email address connected to that domain would have stopped working when the domain was removed from our system early in November.

    Additionally, your G Suite upgrade with us also expired in October, and was removed from your account. If you want to continue using that G Suite account you’ll need to contact Google support directly for help, as we no longer control that account.

    I’ve been ill so have not been on top of business.

    How do I get the domain back? As this belongs to my organisation. This is an urgent matter. Please help me.

  • You stopped owning the domain the moment you let it expire.

    At this point there is nothing we can do to get it back. If you do a Whois lookup it shows the status as PendingDelete. That means our domain provider has already returned the domain to the registry and the domain will be deleted within a few days.

    Once it’s released you might be able to register it again as a new domain, but only if someone else doesn’t register it before you’re able to. So your only option is to check each day if the domain is available again so you can register it the moment it is.
