  Hi, does WordPress have the ability to transfer a domain to your environment?

  Also, can I can manage the domain and dns records within the wordpress com environment?

  Last one. Do you provide email servers for us to manage our email accounts (using our domain name)?

  Yes, to the first two questions. You can learn how to transfer your domain to WordPress.com here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

  WordPress.com offers email forwarding http://support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/ but if you want a email hosting service, you can choose G Suite as recommended by WordPress.com. https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/

  Alternatively, you can choose any email hosting service with the popular ones mentioned on the previous link.
