  Hi, I used to have a domain ofekalmog.com and I created an email with you called (email visible only to moderators and staff) the domain is no longer active and neither is the email. I signed up for Tiktok with the email I created with you and I have to restore the Tiktok using a verification code from the email. what can be done??

  Hi there:

  The domain appears to be registered at GoDaddy now and the email upgrade you had was cancelled and you received a refund on 2022-02-24.

  Since emails using a custom domain need to be configured where the domain is registered, you would need to create that in your GoDaddy account. Their support should be able to help you set that up if you’re not sure how.
