  I purchased a domain with godaddy and connected it to WordPress is it possible to take of the WordPress site name when redirecting

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can point your domain name directly to your WordPress.com. Here is the support document on how to map an existing domain.

  Are you referring to setting your domain as the primary domain over your WordPress.com domain? Our support page provides instructions on how to mask your WordPress.com URL and use your custom domain as the primary domain:
