  Hello, I’m not seeing the option to redeem my domain. Can someone help me figure out how to renew or possibly even recover my domain? Thanks!

  Hi there,

  That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.
