Your website, prestupyaspekulaceblog.wordpress.com, is on WordPress.com’s free plan. Hence, your sub domain is prestupyaspekulaceblog. If you wish to have a custom domain like example.com or example.org or example.blog etc. then you have to buy a WordPress.com’s personal or premium or business plan. (Here are the details for the same: https://wordpress.com/pricing/) Buying either of the plans offer you a free custom domain with additional features mentioned on the pricing page that I have given.
Moreover, if you already own a custom domain you can continue using it on WordPress.com. You can add it to your WordPress.com site by visiting your Domain page, change the name servers to WordPress.com name servers (or contact your domain registrar to change it for you), and likewise your domain will be mapped to WordPress.com.
