I am told by Godaddy that the domain belows to Wild West Domains, I called Wild West and they tell me I need to go to WordPress, problem is how do I contact you. This is the 3rd attempt. while your page builder may be great a simple things like Domains are letting you down -
What is the domain URL? We cannot assist you until we know what it is.
I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question

You started 3 threads and I found the URL in another one.
Here is your domain information https://www.whois.com/whois/dustsurf.net
Allowing a domain to expire
When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/.
If you are in the grace period you will not have to agree to pay a redemption fee set by the domain name registrar that wordpress.COM staff cannot waive.
Otherwise, if you want Staff to try to recover the domain for you then you will have to agree to pay the $80. redemption fee.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.
If you did not register the underlying .wordpress.com site then contact the person with the username account who registered it.

P.S. Please do not start any new threads on this issue. Staff will respond to you in this one as soon as they can.

Thanks
No domian emails received in the past
I agree to the $80 redemption fee, I have cleared the cache.
There are no previous purchases in my account.
What do I do next

Please wait for Staff to reply to this thread, but it does sound like you need to be logged in with a different account to the one you are currently posting from.

Hi –
No worries. I’m happy to help and get this sorted out as soon as possible. Please tell me the URL or domain involved — there is not a record of any domains connected to your WordPress.com user account. I’ll need the domain to look up the proper account and see what’s going on. Thanks :)

Hi
My domain is http://www.dustsurf.net
Please can you tell me what email and account you have associated with this.
I am happy to pay the 80$ redemption fee, but please get my domain up
-
Hi there,
That domain is owned by a different account than the one you’re using to contact us. Please login to the dustsurfblog account and contact us so that we can start the recovery process.
If you’re unable to access that account, please follow our Account Recovery guide:

Hi –
I’ve written back to you in this forum thread:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/domain-2546/
I am going to close this current one since it is a duplicate. Keeping things in one place is easier. Bruce has also written back to your email request.
