    Good afternoon

    I was going to renew my hatojey.com website name and I see that is not longer available. Why is this?

    Hi there,

    The domain, hatojey.com, expired on 24 April 2018, and was removed from our system on 5 June. You should have received several renewal reminder emails from both us and our domain provider before that.

    After the domain was removed from our system it went through redemption and eventually was deleted and released for registration again. Looking at the Whois information for the domain, it was subsequently bought by someone else on 16 July.

    There is no way for us to get the domain back for you, as it now belongs to someone else. If you want to get that domain back you can try contacting the current registrar whose info appears at that link, and ask if the current owner might be able to sell it to you directly, but we cannot assist with that process.
