I already own my domain and paid for hosting with giddaddy for WP admin. How do I connect it because it’s asking me to pay another plan

When you buy a web hosting plan from any other company like GoDaddy, Bluehost, etc, you use the standalone WordPress software.
But here at WordPress.com, it’s the fully-hosted platform which is completely different from other companies.
So, if you bought your web hosting from GoDaddy, please contact their customer support.
I hope you know WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different platforms. To learn more, please read this.
