  i cannot transfer my domain – I am getting a message saying i need a token or something.. please help

  Please refer to the following document for directions:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/prepare-domain-for-transfer/#unlock.

  If the domain is registered with GoDaddy and you are looking to transfer it here to WordPress.com for use, you will have to contact them to ensure the domain is unlocked and sort your EPP code.

  Once the domain is unlocked and you have this code, continue to follow the steps outlined in the link below to successfully transfer the domain over:
