  My domain is through google. theranchingwife.com. Do I have to transfer it, will it change
  anything, will my costs go up???

  Hi there,

  You can either transfer or map your domain to your wordoress.com site at no cost if your site is on a paid plan. It won’t change anything. Each paid plan comes with a free domain credit you can use to either register a new domain or transfer/map one you already own
