  Hi…I sent an email a few hours ago, but my email is down so I’m hoping we can roll with this.
  I originated my site: goodnesschick.com with you all and am currently with Site Ground. For whatever reason my site is down and I was encouraged to contact you for the following: change your NS records towards:
  ns1.us50.siteground.us
  ns2.us50.siteground.us
