I currently have 2 sites through word press. Both are for my portfolio but I am looking to permanently delete one of them, after the other is complete. The domain of my account I am looking to delete is kyndalcarter.worpress.com.
I have changed it to kyndalcarter1.wordpress.com
so would be able to use kyndalcarter.worpress.com as the domain for the website that is now ‘kyndalcarterpoltfolio.wordpress.com’.
However, it is saying it is unavailable. Since I am the holder of the 2 domains, is it possible to switch the two?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

kyndalcarter.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.I’m afraid you’ve not gone about this the right way. Deleting a site doesn’t free the address to be used again. However if that address was deleted less than 30 days ago then a member of staff will be able to recover it. So if it was less than 30 days ago add the word modlook to the tag box here on the far right for staff assistance.

@kyndalcarter it’s unavailable because you deleted it. Since you’ve indicated you’d like to use that address, I’ll restore it for you.
You’ll want to export your items from the portfolio, then import them into kyndalcarter.wordpress.com, then set up the theme and what not.
I hope this helps! Sorry there isn’t an easier way to switch to an already-used address.

Oh! I noticed kyndalcarterportfolio.wordpress.com actually loads up a custom domain. You *can* move the to different site if you want to. Does it currently load up the site you want?
