  There is no telephone support at WordPress.com. This account you are using is only 2 weeks old. Can you reveal the full address of the site you need help with as it may be under a different account/username. If you are talking about a site hosted at WordPress.com then when logged into the correct account you’d have access to livechat support from staff.
