  I cancelled this domain 10 seconds after I purchased it I look in my bank account today.. my money is gone I have a domain that I am not going to use… I changed the domain name back to the wordpress and it asked me a series of questions of why I didn’t want the domain name and I am still be charged.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

  I don’t see a record of a cancellation request, but I’d be glad to cancel the domain for you.

  Could you please confirm that the domain you no longer want is jasapphire.com?

  If we cancel your domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled, so it’s best to go this route only if you’re certain you’ll never want the domain again.

  Yes, ma’am. I cancelled it within minutes after I paid for it because I realized that it was a mistake and not needed yet. I even answered the questions. I really don’t want it… thank you!

  I’ve canceled the domain as requested and issued a $18 refund. It can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be reflected on your account.
