    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any domains through WordPress.com, so it sounds like you are referring to a domain registered with another provider, is that correct?

    If so, are you looking to transfer the domain to WordPress.com or keep it registered with your current provider and map it to WordPress.com?

    Just let me know and we can go from there.
