  That’s possible, yes, You can start by adding content to the site you have created, choosing a theme and making customisations — then add domain mapping whenever you are ready to point the domain here.

  If you want to upgrade plans in order to use upgraded features like additional storage space, the domain credit can be left unused until a later date.
