  Is your domain name price 18 USD covers the a plan?

  Hi there,

  $18 is the renewal cost of a standard domain, or the cost of a standard domain if you buy one without creating or connecting it to a site at https://wordpress.com/domains/

  To use a domain with a WordPress.com site requires one of our paid plans. The Blogger Plan can only be used with a single .blog domain, so for any other domain extension you’d need the Personal Plan at $60 a year or higher:

  Each plan includes the registration fee for one domain for one year for free, and from the second year onwards the domain renews at it’s own cost, in addition to the renewal fee for the plan.
