  I have a domain ‘Riochante.org’ that was purchased by someone else and I am wondering if it will cost anything to transfer the website I made on wordpress to this domain and to then host the website on this domain. Also, if this would cost money, how much it would cost? Thank you

  You look to have things set up nicely on riochante.wordpress.com. To be sure I understand, you wish to take what you have there now, and make it show up at riochante.org instead, yes?

  It is not possible to change your site address on free WordPress.com sites, but you do have the option if you upgrade to any of our plans. Since you are just starting out I usually recommend the Personal plan, which includes the ability to connect a custom domain address, provides email support as an option, and also turns off the ads we show on free sites to help cover our costs:
