  Hi! I tried to login into my account to update my website. However it says it’s not working. I paid for the domain for about 5 years so I’m unsure why I cannot have access to my site. However, I do have access into my WordPress account. How should I go about this? Thank you!

  Domains are not a one-time purchase. No matter who you purchased them from, they absolutely must be renewed annually.

  As far as I can tell, this domain expired some time back in 2017, and I can confirm that it was never registered with us.

  The good news is, it’s available on the public market again, so you could register it again now with any domain registrar.
