  I am looking for the domain http://www.binarymedia.com
  its available with go daddy under their domain broker service.
  I have not purchased yet from go daddy. I would prefer to purchase through WordPress. What are my options here? Can I get a call back from a support agent to discuss this over the phone?

  Yes, you can buy the domain through WordPress.com. We will act as your host and registrar.

  Go to https://wordpress.com/pricing/ to see which plan suits your project best and add it to the account. Then you’ll be able to register the domain by clicking on My Sites – Manage – Domains – Add New.

  As that domain already exists I would have thought that it’s unlikely you’d be able to just register it here at WordPress.com. You say it’s available for purchase from GoDaddy? If so then you could buy it there and then map it to a WordPress.com site (transfer it after 60 days if required) with an upgraded plan here. (But it might be easier to choose a different domain).

  Thanks themagicrobot – I should’ve been more clear in my reply. If the domain is available, then yes, you can buy it through WordPress.com.
