    Hi there,
    I have a blog with wordpress but am only on a free version at the moment because I’m trialling the site. I wanted to know if I can buy a domain name and use it with my free wordpress blog? I don’t want to purchase a plan at the moment…

    Buying a custom domain address at WordPress.com (or transferring/mapping one you’ve bought elsewhere) requires the purchase of a Personal plan or higher.
