  I have no control over my domain. When I go to manage my domain, I have no options to change payment information, and the domain mapping is expiring soon.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You have no control or access to the domain subscription because it is connected to a different WordPress.com account. Do you have access to the other WordPress.com account or know the person who does? If the latter, you will need to have them renew the subscription.

  If you are able to log into that other account, you should be able to renew the subscription.
