  How will I know that you have received my money for the purchasing of domain. And how will I come to know that I have been given my own domain ?

  In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com subdomain blog to map from. Please be clear on that.

  As you now have that underlying .wordpress.com blog you can proceed to purchase a domain name by purchasing an annually renewable domain mapping upgrade for the blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
